Since the beginnings of my career I knew that my future lay in guiding teams. Martin combines a rare talent for cultural diagnostics with business and behavioural psychology experience. His expertise is drawn from over 15 years of corporate, core business positions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries and training in psychoanalytic, analytical, and group psychology.
